Terms and Conditions of the Swiss Snow Sports School Brigels
SSB General Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a ticket from the Swiss Snow Sports School Brigels, the purchaser agrees to the following guidelines!
All deliveries and services of the ski school based on online orders via the internet or other online services are subject to these terms and conditions. Cancellations must be made via the ski school office no later than 48 hours before the scheduled lesson. Later cancellations will be charged at 100%.
Prices
Lesson prices are VAT-free.
Accident Insurance
The Swiss Snow Sports School Brigels accepts no liability for accidents that occur before, during, or after lessons. Accident and liability insurance are the responsibility of the participants. Refunds for injury or illness are only possible with a medical certificate. Only unused days (the difference) will be refunded.
Group Lessons
Lessons take place in all weather conditions, except in the event of weather-related suspension of the cable cars. If there are fewer than 5 participants, the Swiss Snow Sports School Brigels reserves the right to combine groups, adjust the number of lessons, or cancel the course at short notice. Due to the flexible organization, instructor changes are possible.
Group Size for Group Lessons
The group size should not exceed 10 participants. In exceptional cases, 12 participants can be taught in one group.
Private Lessons
Lessons take place in all weather conditions, except in the event of weather-related suspension of the cable cars. Cancellations must be made via the ski school office at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson. Cancellations received after this time will be charged at 100%.
Lesson Tickets and Refunds
Tickets are personal and non-transferable. Unused lessons will only be refunded upon presentation of a medical certificate and will expire at the end of the season in which they were issued. In the event of a refund, only the difference will be refunded. The days used will be charged at the daily rate. Each part-day will be charged in full. A processing fee of CHF 20.00 will be charged for refunds.
Methods of Payment
Cash payments are accepted only in Swiss francs. We accept all major credit cards (Mastercard, American Express, VISA, Maestro, and Postcard), as well as RekaCard and Reka Checks.
Place of Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for disputes is Breil/Brigels. Rates and printing errors are subject to change.
Content of the Online Offer
The ski school (hereinafter referred to as the "author") assumes no liability for the topicality, correctness, completeness, or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against the author relating to material or immaterial damage caused by the use or non-use of the information provided, or by the use of incorrect or incomplete information, are fundamentally excluded, unless the author can be proven to have acted with intent or gross negligence.
All offers are subject to change and non-binding. The author expressly reserves the right to change, add to, or delete parts of the pages or the entire offer, or to temporarily or permanently cease publication thereof without prior notice.

Booking and Reservations for Ski and Snowboard Courses
The use of the Brigels cable car lifts is not included in the ski course fee. The ski school will not provide compensation for lessons lost due to cable car and lift failures.
Place of jurisdiction, place of performance, and choice of law
The place of performance is the ski school's central office. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent court at the location of the ski school's central office. Swiss law applies. The contract language is German.
