If you contact us via the form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

Data storage

We would like to point out that, for the purpose of simplifying the shopping process and for later contract processing, the webshop operator stores the IP data of the connection owner within the framework of cookies, as well as the name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and credit card number, along with other data provided by the invoice recipient.

In addition, personal data (name, address, date of birth, telephone number, etc.) of the service recipient will be stored for the purpose of contract processing. The data you provide is required for the performance of the contract and/or for carrying out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude a contract with you. Data is not transferred to third parties, with the exception of transmitting credit card data to the processing banking institutions/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, as well as to our tax consultant for fulfilling our tax obligations, and to data service providers who ensure the operation of our database, IT, and newsletter system. We have concluded a data processing agreement with these providers in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

If the shopping process is canceled, the data stored with us will be deleted. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiration of the statutory tax retention period (7 years).

Data processing is carried out on the basis of the statutory provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG as well as Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a (consent) and/or lit. b (necessary for contract fulfillment) GDPR.
